Well guys yesterday the leaders of Microsoft MIPT User Group were very pleased to invite me to their user group meeting in MIPT! Thanks to Zadig!!!

I knew the theme of the meeting due to my friendship with the author of Presentation - yesterday we heard the Presentation about Mac OS X 10.4.1 VodeNamed Tiger in the Microsoft UG!!! Ho-ho!

Aleksey Antonov aka Alant told us about the new features that became available to Apple customers from the latest release of Mac OS X! Tiger has a lot of wonderful things like very simplified but too clever search named Spotlight!!! This system searches everywhere - in mails, in documents and much more - surely in the content using the special binary editor by Apple..

Also we saw the AppleScript programming demostration - well you can script anything and anywhere!

Voila!! You see how it is easy to control any application!

Also Tiger has another great automation mechanism named Automator! This utility has an access to all actions could be made by all applications installed on your PowerMac! And here you can find it as the Control Center - REAL Contrl Center - of the Mac OS X!

And of course there're widgets written on Java - like Clock or Weather or Dictionary and much much more!!! I love it!!

Yeah it was very wonderful to know about Tiger - and now I can't wait for Longhorn Beta 1 release - what Microsoft could show us after Tiger????
